Warranty Claims
With every product we sell you will receive documentation showing the warranty period that applies. Most products have a warranty period between one and three years which covers any manufacturer defect.
Warranty claims need to be submitted to Jaymac and include the customer name, address, phone number and a copy of the receipt from the sale of the product. Warranty does not include service calls on site but these can be arranged for a fee if required.
